Before you write, these are the quick answers
- Where is my order? Making takes about 2–3 weeks; delivery is 2–5 business days after dispatch within India and 7–21 business days after dispatch internationally. Include your order number and we will tell you exactly where yours is in the queue.
- It arrived damaged or wrong. Send a photograph within 30 days. We remake and reship free, or refund in full — your choice, and you post nothing back.
- I need it by a date. Tell us the date before you order and we will say honestly whether we can hit it.
- Which size? Send us the baby's age or due date and we will tell you.

Complaints
If we have not put something right, write to our Grievance Officer, the Grievance Officer, at hello@softseason.store. Every grievance is acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within one month.
